1980’s Evil Real Estate Developer Stock Villains

Even more common than evil record executives and maybe even evil fraternity guys, consider for a moment evil real estate developers who want to bulldoze the community center to build a mall or whatever. I don’t have anything in particular to say about them, I’m just glad they were around to motivate the various talent shows and treasure hunts.
