With or without the riffing track, “Honor and Glory” is one of the all time most fun inexplicable martial arts movies. It takes place in a world where everyone is a master of kung fu, but the kung fu dojos of greater Washington D.C. are still in strip malls. If you liked “Miami Connection” then this should be your next stop, and if you didn’t like “Miami Connection” my heart goes out to you.
