1) some of these places are just magical. You should (for example) seek out a Bojangles or Culver’s if you haven’t tried them before.

2) even the most mediocre of these places is probably still worth a visit, if just to experience the blend of mass-produced localness. You kinda have to try Cook-Out if you’re in the area, just so you can say “oh yeah, I tried it, it’s fine.”
