Frozen Detroit Style Pizza

Frozen pizza crust is for the most part its own uncanny science-fiction thing: jet age cardboard or weird self-rising crusts or what-have-you. Standard pizza crust doesn’t freeze.

HOWEVER, good Detroit-style crusts are very non-standard, and turn out to freeze very well. I’ve linked the brand they happen to carry at Costco but I suspect a generic frozen Detroit-style pizza will be just as delicious. We’ve won the frozen pizza game by changing the rules.
