Mario Kart World Free Roam Mode

If you press the “+” button while looking at the first Mario Kart World menu screen, you enter a game mode where you aren’t racing, but are free to just drive around wherever. There are little missions you can take, I recommend against taking them - I can spend hours just cruising around a very large, detailed world full of weird architectural goofs and dinosaurs and giant gorilla robots and ghostly racetrack amphitheatres, etc. It’s a relaxing road trip in your living room.
