It’s hard to describe what the deal is with Peter Cook’s Arthur Streeb-Greebling, but it is very easy to understand and appreciate. Streeb-Greebling is an aristocrat, and is either from a surreal parallel universe or suffering from a brain injury. I suspect Streeb-Greebling is the inspiration for Doctor Evil’s “luge lessons” speech from Austin Powers.
Anyway, the videos are short and very, very funny. There is a playlist of the whole “A Life in Pieces” series of shorts here.
